Replacing the original carpet in your truck is the quickest, most cost effective way to return your truck to showroom quality. Installing a new carpet kit will instantly remove any bad odors, stains or holes that have built up through the rigorous use that comes with owning a truck. Whether your truck is used for work, off-road, in harsh conditions or as a daily driver the flooring will be the most abused area of the vehicle. Over time it is inevitable that the carpet of your truck will become worn, soiled absorb a wide array of smells, while regular and deep cleaning can remove some of these issues the only way to truly remove them is to replace the entire carpet.
Our custom made, molded carpet replacements are manufactured from a mold of the exact year, make and model of your vehicle. This allows for the most accurate fitment possible and easier installation. During the order process you can tailor your carpet kit to meet the specifications of your OEM carpet including colors and materials desgined to match your original flooring.
We also offer cut & sewn carpet for older customers who are restoring older trucks that were made prior to the use of molded carpet. These truck carpet kits are cut using computer-aided design (CAD) controlled CNC equipment for precise fit and feature vinyl or surge bound edges to match the OEM carpet specifications.

How To Install a Carpet Kit in a GMC Truck

Remove new carpet kit from box. Lay flat and pop contours back into place. Allow a few hours for product to relax back into proper shape. Check material for accuracy.

Compare new and old carpet. (New product may have excess material on outer edges.)

In some applications it may be necessary to use old carpet as a template for console cuts.

IMPORTANT: Fold new carpet kit in half from front to rear. Place in vehicle lining up molded contour to seat risers or any other identifiable starting point on both driver and passenger sides. Once fitted, continue installation.

Roll product forward making any cuts needed for brackets, shifters and heater vents etc. while maintaining proper alignment on seat risers or other starting point.

Next, cut in center at firewall to allow product to go underneath dash.

Continue same procedure for remainder of installation – working your way to outer edges.

Once truck carpet is properly fitted you are now ready to do the final trimmings on outer edges, seat belts and holes etc.
Note: Applying adhesive to hold product in place is generally not necessary. If desired, only apply a light brush or spray adhesive after correct dry fit has been obtained.
