At Factory Interiors, we strive to ensure every customer receives the right product for their vehicle. To help you make the best selection, we strongly recommend requesting FREE COLOR SAMPLES before ordering.

Due to monitor variations, colors shown online may not match actual materials exactly.


How to Request a Return

If you need to return an item, email support@factoryinteriors.com to request a Merchandise Return Authorization (RMA) Code.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

Returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused, and unaltered condition

  • Include original packaging, hardware, and instructions

  • Not be trimmed, glued, installed, or modified in any way


Reasons for Return

1. Customer No Longer Wants Item

We accept returns on eligible, unaltered items if you’ve changed your mind.

Conditions:

  • 20% restocking fee applies

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds issued only after product inspection

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • Custom items such as:

    • Custom Colors (9999 Sku)

    • Essex or Vinyl materials
    • Logo floor mats
      are not returnable


2. Incorrect Item Shipped

If we ship the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Process:

  • Please email photos of the received item to confirm the error

  • We will issue a call tag to return the incorrect item at our expense

  • We will manufacture and ship the correct item using the original shipping method

  • If the incorrect item is not returned within 30 days, the replacement item and shipping cost will be charged to the original payment method


3. Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order after material has been cut, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping charges will be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.


Important Notice

🚫 Carpet kits and other materials CANNOT be returned if they have been:

  • Cut

  • Trimmed

  • Glued

  • Installed

  • Modified in any way

Please inspect your carpet set thoroughly before installation to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
